The Facility Manager works on an irregular schedule, with varying days and hours, including overnight monitoring to ensure 24/7 coverage. His responsibilities include overseeing District facilities, the pool, nature trail, and park, as well as patrolling the neighborhood to detect any unusual or suspicious activity. Additionally, the Facility Manager supervises the Pool Monitors and is responsible for managing the access control system.
