Lake St. Charles CDD Amenities

The Lake St. Charles Community Development Districts offers its residents access cards for pool and tennis court entry, temporary guest passes, parking permit stickers and temporary parking.  The LSC CDD Clubhouse is also available for rental for private events.  Proof of home ownership and/or residency is required.  Renters are required to have a Tenant Release form completed for eligibility to District amenties.

Resident Access Cards:  Resident Access Cards are issued at the LSC CDD Clubhouse Office during clubhouse hours.  These calls are required for pool and tennis court access.  For more information, please call the LSC CDD District Administrative Assistant at the Clubhouse phone number, (813) 671-8339.   

Reserving the Clubhouse for Events: Residents can request clubhouse reservations using the Clubhouse - Rental Scheduling feature and Reservation Calendar on this website or at the LSC CDD Clubhouse Office.  Please note: a clubhouse reservation is not approved until the cluhouse rental contract has been signed and the rental fee and refundable deposit received. Guest Passes:  LSC CDD residents can request a temporary guest pass access card, valid for up to 14 days, for visitors staying overnight in your home over the age of 14 who wish to use our amenities.  A $15.00 deposit is required. Parking Stickers/Permits
Parking Stickers are required for parking in all CDD parking areas, which include the clubhouse parking lot , the park cul-de-sac on Colonial Lake Drive and the cul-de-sac on Waterton Drive. Residents can pick up parking stickers at the Clubhouse. See above for open hours. The stickers need to only be displayed when parking in the CDD parking areas. LSC parking stickers help enable our facility monitor identify who is using our CDD property. Temporary Parking Passes: Temporary parking passes are available for your out-of-town friends and family to park in the LSC CDD Clubhouse parking lot overnight, including large vehicles such as RVs. To obtain an authorized parking pass, please call the LSC CDD District Administrative Assistant at the Clubhouse at (813) 671-8339. Proper insurance documentation for the vehicle is required.
